Physical Health Tip:
determine your food allergies
eat only when you are hungry
eat until you are no longer hungry but are not physically full
eat mainly vegetables, whether they are roasted, sautéed, sir-fried,
strained, grated, julienned, sliced, chopped, raw as salads, etc.
eat animal-based products at the most once per day, maximum (beef,
chicken, lamb, rabbit, venison, fish, eggs, etc.)
vary the grains that you eat (try quinoa, rice, whole barley, whole oat
groats, or millet)
if you choose to use salt in your cooking use sea salt
olive oil is best to cook with
do not deep fry foods
do not consume refined white sugar, artificial sweeteners, or margarine
Exercise Health Tip:
Find an exercise that you love and do it at least four times per week.
How often you do the activity is often more important than its
duration.
walk, dance, bicycle, swim
sit-ups, push-ups, lunges
bounce on a trampoline
play tennis, volleyball, basketball
practice chi gong, tai chi, yoga
learn karate, Tai Quon Do (Tai Kwon Do)

take a class
do affirmations
focus on what you want
choose carefully the people you spend time with
read a book
turn off the television and the computer

love yourself
be gentle with yourself
take care of yourself

In general stop distracting yourself from yourself. Take the holistic approach and listen to your body (physical), listen to your mind (mental), listen to your feelings (emotional), and listen to your spirit (spiritual). Turn off the television and sit in quiet, paint a picture, or go for a walk. Take a bath, eat some good food, get some exercise, get a Reconnective Healing, stare at the flame of a lit candle, or listen to the birds chirping outside. Talk to a friend, read a book, or sing along with your favorite song. Health is yours. Life is beautiful, live it!
